reflection about the the quote it’s better to look ahead and prepare than to look back and regret

Answer:

To look ahead and prepare means to work and improve in the present to prepare for the future. To look back and regret is to cling unto the past and regret not changing.

Explanation:

For me, as a teen, as a student learning about life, I constantly worry about the future. Then I figured, why not fix what happened in my past? Then I did. I worried and had anxiety for days. It almost ruined me. There was nothing to fix to begin with. It’s not wrong to look back, what’s wrong is trying to fix what’s done. Even if the weight hasn’t been lifted off my chest yet, it will burden me even more if I continue to worry over it. So I set it aside and prepared myself for what’s to come in the future.
