But when Abraham was about to stab Isaac, God stopped him because it was just a test of God, to prove Abraham’s faithfulness to God. When God saved Isaac’s life from Abraham’s hand, he provided a ram to use as Abraham’s sacrifice in place of Isaac. So Abraham called that place The Lord Will Provide.
Sometimes we just have to be faithful to God, sometime we need to prove our self to our God. If we can obey Him or we trusted Him, also teach us to give everything we have and valuable to us to Him. Because when Abraham was ready to give Isaac to God, God did not allow Abraham to hurt his son Isaac, but God himself gave Abraham the sacrifice to be used.
